- Fix or refresh your websiteLarger text, current information, working forms, online donation or membership links. Senior-friendly by default.
- Give plain-English advice and trainingWhich free or low-cost tools are worth it, how to keep data safe, and a short session so your team can run things without me.
How it works
- We talk for 15 minutes — or you just write it down.A call, a coffee, or a few sentences in the form below or by email. No preparation needed.
- I build a first version.Most small tools take a weekend or two. You test it with real work.
- We adjust, then I hand it over.You own it. I document it and show your team how to keep it running.
Ground rules
- Free. No fees, now or later. I prefer free or low-cost tools your team can maintain without me.
- Your data stays yours. Nothing is shared or moved without your say-so. I follow BC privacy rules (PIPA).
- Small first. One real problem, solved well, beats a big system nobody uses.
About me
I'm Yan, a software engineer living in the North Okanagan. For 13+ years I've built and fixed the business systems companies run on — inventory, orders, scheduling, reporting, customer records. I also run a small tech company.
I'd like to give some of that time to the organizations doing the real work in this community. I'm not selling anything here; I'm a volunteer who happens to write software. More background on LinkedIn.
